Midnight Store – Terms & Conditions

By shopping at Midnight, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to place an order. We may update our terms at any time, and continued use of our site means you accept any changes.

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in local currency, and we are not responsible for additional bank fees or currency conversion charges.

Orders are processed within one to three days and shipped within five to fifteen days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within seven days of delivery if the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Our jewelry is designed to last with proper care. Please refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions for maintenance tips. We do not offer warranties on normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

All content, images, and designs on Midnight are our property and may not be used without permission.

We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information for order processing. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Midnight is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from product use. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms.
